Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Workshop

Today, project delivery requires better and faster ways of doing business. Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project delivery is an alternative, integrated approach to planning, designing, and constructing a project where owners, designer(s), and contractors work collaboratively to develop the scope, optimize the design, improve quality, and manage costs. In this workshop, we will explore the advantages, flexibility, and tribal successes of using this 21st century delivery method.
